  This bank is amazing. They have helped me buy 2 of my cars now and the rates are great. The staff there are super friendly too. No other bank can beat it.

  I do like this credit union. The service is always good, whether it's done through their web site, on the phone or in person. I have several different accounts with them. I have only one complaint, and it's not a huge thing, but it is VERY annoying. When I download my transactions to my financial software, it does NOT include the interest I pay on the credit card. This means that every month, when it takes me literally seconds to balance my accounts at other sites, I have to spend several minutes pouring over the Logix site to find the interest charge, stuck way over on the left side in a small font....NOT itemized on the right with all the other charges. It's very frustrating to have to do this every single month. Do they think I don't know what I pay in interest? Frankly, I think making this so hard to find and not including it with ALL the other charges is kind of a sleazy thing to do. If they itemized the monthly interest along with all the other charges every month I'd up their rating, but as it is, it feels a bit deceptive to me.

  Great bank, crappy app. Their loan rates are amazing and the staff is extremely friendly. I even got a little bonus recently just for being a customer! Unfortunately, their mobile apps are absolutely awful. I tend to manage my banking mostly from a mobile device, so this is very important to me. The app is so bad, that I'd rather use the web browser to use their site, which is also pretty bad, just not as bad as their app. From massive security issues to atrocious outdate UI, their mobile application is absolutely useless. If only their app could be more like the "Simple" bank app...

  Let's see here. I tried to apply for a simple savings account online, a very lengthy application that resulted in me being denied. A notification popped up at the end of my denial saying a customer rep would contact me to help out....waited a week no phone call or email. I tried the application process again with the exact same result. I then decided to contact their customer support hotline because their chat hotline is always out of order. When I spoke to a rep on the phone they transferred me to someone that could see that I was denied but couldn't help me one bit in opening a savings account. She suggested that I go in person to a branch....which really can be tricky since I travel for a living...but I made time and went to the branch in Burbank. This branch told me there is a 2 1/2 hour wait to even speak with a branch employee to open my account. I asked if they were giving away free gold or something? I ended up having make an appointment 3 days later. There's no shortage of banks people....it's 2017. Step up your game. I don't understand this level of unprofessional business.
